The Verrichia Company is a reputable, fully integrated commercial real estate company that focus their efforts on targeting new and redevelopment commercial real estate projects. When time4design was awarded the project we were met by a great team of individuals. We truly wanted this to be reflected by a great website design.
The Challenge
With the potential of having many properties to add over time, usability was a prime directive. The new site would require to be responsive, address the demands of search criteria's, and integrate a full custom management solution powered by WordPress.
Brand and Design
We created a site that addressed specific goals during the planning phase of the project, therefore our objectives were simple. We wanted to create a new exciting look, elevating their brand to a higher sophisticated, professional level, extending their brand into the digital space.
