Arrow Real Estate Services offers a valued perspective unique from most brokerage firms, going beyond simply making the deal. Today, Arrow has grown into a premier, full-service boutique commercial real estate firm with significant reach throughout the Philadelphia MSA, overseeing more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in the region.

The Challenge

Arrow Real Estate Services has been our client since its inception. In 2021, they recognized the need for a website that aligned with their long-term goals and vision. Their previous website lacked responsive design and effective navigation hierarchy, making it difficult to showcase their properties and sales agents. We worked to create a cohesive website structure that better represented their brand and improved user experience

The Solution

We custom-built and designed Arrow Real Estate Services' website using WordPress. The website features simple yet bold layouts, with eye-catching imagery of local and national locations related to Arrow. Key landing pages were created to target each service, effectively categorizing properties and improving organic SEO.

To ensure that the website meets the expectations of the target audience, we incorporated feedback mechanisms and user testing throughout the development process. This approach allowed us to refine the website design and improve its usability, resulting in a website that not only looks great but also effectively engages the target audience

We also created an improved team section, designed to act as digital business cards for each associate. This feature allows associates to use it in their own promotional material, while enabling potential clients to view current property listings and become better acquainted with each associate's history and record."
